JLM Conveyancing, based in Camden, has been named Champion in the Most Inclusive Employer category at the 2025 Australian Professionals Small Business Champion Awards, the premier program recognising outstanding business professionals nationwide.
The team received their Champions trophy and winner’s certificate at a glittering red-carpet presentation held at The Hyatt Regency, Sydney, on Saturday 30 August. Hosted by Sandra Sully AM, the gala evening – often described as the “Logies of Small Business”- welcomed professional business leaders from across the country.
In its inaugural year, the Australian Professionals Small Business Champion Awards celebrate and inspire the most dynamic, innovative, and high-performing professional businesses across metropolitan, regional, and rural Australia. In 2025, more than 45 categories were contested.
JLM Conveyancing stood out in the Most Inclusive Employer category, impressing an independent panel of expert judges. Evaluation criteria included business strategy, growth, financial performance, sustainability, innovation, customer service excellence, and community contribution.
